Would I be able to get dental implants if I had a heart attack in the past?

Q. Hi Dr BOHARA, I am 68 years old and my last tooth is ready to leave me after all those years together(sad ) is it possible to have a full set of teeth with tha aid of implants ,I have had a heart attack 30/6/2005 and am on treatment ;however I am in good health .I know its unfair to ask but what in the worst case senorio is the cost likely to be . Kind Regards ,
A. Hi There are different options for you 1. dentures retained by implants. 2. fixed bridges Therefore it really comes down to what you desire and the budget.the cost for restoring the whole mouth(upper and lower) can range from £5000 to £20000. The other factors which need to be taken into account are quality of dental implants, quality of teeth, do you require bone grafting, etc. Therfore I would recommend a consultation initially to discuss your options.
