There was a problem unscrewing the temporary cover, should I worry?

I am part-way through treatment for implant of a lower molar, all was going well but when I went to have the new tooth fitted there was a problem unscrewing the temporary cover. The dentist has had to send off to the manufacturer for a special kit to remove the cover. He says there is nothing to worry about but I would like advice. Do I have any comeback if things go wrong?,

I’m going to have a dental crown but can i have a dental implant when the crown reaches the end of its life?

My dentist has given me the option of a dental implant or dental crown. At the moment I can not afford a dental implant and so am going to go with the dental crown. When that reaches the end of its life would I be fine to go ahead with getting a dental implant, hoping that I have the money that is?,

Would my daughter have to have her teeth removed and then have dental implants?

Hello Dr Glover. I am writing on behalf of my 18 year old daughter who has baby teeth still for two of her teeth. They are receding back into the gum and the dentist has suggested getting them removed. Would you say this is necessary or can they stay there. Can you recommend any specialists who would charge less for dental implants?

I have been advised to see a local dentist for implant treatment of possibly 4 implants. The cost, apart from assessment. x rays etc. is £2800 each.Could you recommend other specialists who may charge less or, as I have familiy in the Netherlands and Sweden, whether it may be better or more economic to look there for treatment?
