Q. i have no teeth on top and 2 on the bottom. i have dentures for the top but unfortunately, regardless how i have tried to get good dentures, they still do not fit and i use the glues and paste to keep it in, but that does not work either. i was told they cant fit because i have a small gumline.I constantly play with the denture and i end up with jaw and gum pain, can you tell me or suggest if dental implant is good for me and the approximate cost for the top and bottom dentures. thank you. i do need top and bottom,
A. In the upper jaw you need at least 4 implants (6 is best) to hold a new plate in place. This costs from around £6000
In the lower jaw you might be able to use just 2 implants costs start from around £3000. Andrew
