Q. Hi my dentist has mentioned mini implants to hold my full set of dentures in place (the bottom set fall out constantly!) but he is unsure about if they can help, what do you think? can they help? i don\’t fancy those proper dental implants might cause an old lady like me far too much pain,
A. Mini implants are an option for lower dentures in certain circumstances. Of course conventional implants are always the better option.
