Q. I have dentures that keep falling out and i can\’t cope with them any longer! will mini implants keep them in place? if so, are they a permanent option? thank you for any advice in advance,
A. Personally, i would recommend conventional implants rather than mini implants. Conventional implants have a better success rate.
