I’ve been recommended dental implants but don’t want to go ahead with surgery, what should I do?

Q. i had mini implants to hold my denture in place but 2 of them have cracked and now my denture has fallen out and can\’t stay in. My dentist has said i\’d be better with dental implants but i don\’t want to go ahead with any surgery like that, i have a phobia of the dentist already. Are there any alternatives in my case?,
A. It\’s difficult to advise you without a thorough consultation. Generally if the mini-implants have not been successful then conventional implants are often an option. Or the other option would be to have conventional denture made. Regards
