Hello i have a full set of dentures in, the bottom set are fine but the top keep falling out and it\’s very embarrassing, i don\’t fancy the dental implants because i\’m not keen on surgery but i\’ve heard about mini implants which are more suited to me i think, what do you think? what is your opinion on mini implants? do they have a high success rate?,
A. I personally would recommend conventional implants as they last longer and stronger. Mini implants is a treatment which I do not recommend for the upper jaw.
