Hi. Two years ago I broke a bridge snowboarding. I have had a three tooth implant. The veneers fell out this weekend whilst eating and the screw feels like it has broken. Not where it fits into the implant itself but the tip feels like it broke off in the veneer. The screw still feels firm in the implant so should the tip of the screw break? Ie one screw feels firm on the tip whilst the other has no tip and feels like a cylinder. I am seeing my specialist but wondered if this could be a fault with the screw. Cheers.

Hi, thanks a lot for your question. That sort of problem can be very difficult to get a handle on, especially if I cannot see your mouth. So it is quite hard to say… I am however extremely glad that you have an appointment because in case of any danger to yourself it would be best to get it sorted ASAP.
