Can my sister have the second stage of her implant treatment performed in the UK?

Q.
My sister had the first part of her single tooth implant done in South Africa in July. She then left to university in the UK intending to have the second stage done in December. It has proven difficult to arrange this due to university timetabling and the festive season holidays. Could she have the second part of the implant done in the UK with a different surgeon?
It has also been very difficult to get a clear indication of the exact appointments neccesary with both doctors (sugeon and dentist) in order for us to have a clear idea of what needs to be arranged and when. Is there a step by step, appointment by appointment, guide which patients can access to avoid this confusion?
A.
Its only a confusion if you switch dentists half way through, the new dentist will need to know the exact size and type of implant placed to be able to restore it as there are many types of implant that require the correct components to complete the case properly
