Q. I had a dental implant approx 2 years ago. After approx 1 year the implant post broke and the implant fell out. My dentist managed to remove the remaining post from my jaw and replaced it with a new post. The same thing has happened again 2 years on so am going back on Monday to see if they can replace it again. Why would this keep happeniing. Thanks,
A. Hi There could be many factors 1. the force being generated is too high 2. poor quality implant 3. poor quality crown 4. etc I am sure your dentist will find the appropriate solution.
