Hello and thank you for allowing question. I fitted an Atlantis crown on an Astratech implant on my patient last friday. today she was in the practice and telling me that she heard a click and that the crown was moving. I checked the crown and it was not loose but very slight movement . I would like to know what has gone wrong and what to do next in such a case? can it be that the abutment is not tightened properly? will i need toget the patient back to try to unscrew the abutment for a fix? or cut the crown and unscrew the abutment? i would be grateful for some advise in this case

Hello. it ultaimtely depends on what the dental crown is cemented with, if you can (if the crown is on with a soft cement) pull the crown off and retighten the abutment, if not you might have to drill through the crown and tighten it, it all depends on the position of the abutment screw
