Should I take my denture out at night, and what other replacement options are there?

Q. I have just had a crown removed and replaced with a single front tooth denture on a plate. Please can you advise what i should leave the denture in over night? Also I’m not too happy with this solution and I would like to Know what other options are open to me, I’ve been advised I will have to keep the denture for at least 6 months before I more long term solution could be considered is this true? Many thanks in advnace Kind regards,
A. 1. take the denture out at night 2. 6 months seems a bit long to wait before deciding what to do, although you may need to wait that long for the bone to heal. I would try to have a plan ready now so we can arrange the treatment as soon as the bone looks ok on an x-ray regards Andrew
