What A-levels do I need to pick to pursue a career in dental implant dentistry?

Q. Hello! I would really like to become a dental implant dentist I\’m currently due to start college in September but just wondered what A-levels I should pick to help me out? What course did you do at university also? A dental implant dentist fixed a tooth of mine when I was in a car accident and he inspired me greatly! thank you Dr!,
A. To study a degree in Dentistry in most English universities… you need 3.5 A levels ( 3 A levels and an AS level).. grades AABb (the little \”b\” being AS level) In these results you must have EITHER (both arn\’t required) Biology or Chemistry at a grade B. The first route would be to study for the BDS qualification at one of the dental schools, competition for these places is very high so you need to have excellent grades. Once you\’ve qualified you could then look at further training to become able to place dental implants. Speak to a careers advisor who should be able to point you in the right direction. You may also want to consider requesting to spend some time observing a dentist? Best of luck with your studies.
