Q. If is not a stupid question could you tell me what the actual difference is between a dental imlpant and a dental bridge? Do they both not jsut do the same overall job but implants are more expensive?
A. An implant is an independent tooth screwed into the bone, a bridge is attached to the adjacent teeth usually after these teeth are drilling down
