Q. I\’m confused. Whats the difference between the permanent implants in one day vs spread out over months ? My son is requires several implants and a cost of thousands of dollars. We don\’t want to put him through a lenghtly procedure if we don\’t have to and we don\’t want to take out a loan to pay for uncessaary work. Please also copy your response to my E mail Thank You.,
A. The implants are the same, in some case we can immediately load the implants this means you have the semi permanent crown or bridge fitted on the same day. You can only only have this if the bone quality is good. It is more expensive as the dentist will book you in for the full day and he also has to have a ceramiist on sight all day to make the teeth.
