Q. I had a top front dental implant more than 10 years ago and recently I am having pains in the gums that are sharp or in my assumption the same as someone who has pain associated with cold to their teeth. There is also a popping sensation inside the gums and tooth. The pain is not constant, but when it\’s there it really hurts. What kind of problems could be causing this type of pain after so many years?,
A. Don\’t know so you should get the implant and adjacent teeth checked over as soon as possible.
