The crown I had fitted doesn’t fit properly and sticks out, what should I do?

I had a dental implant fitted over 6 months ago and it\’s brilliant, it was a great success and I went to get my permanent crown fitted last week but it doesn\’t look right at all. It\’s bigger than the rest of my teeth and protrudes greatly, I asked my dentist if he could replace it but he won\’t because he said it looks fine and it would take too long to get another one made! What can I do about this? I\’m very upset as it is very noticeable.,

My implant has failed and the area is infected, what should I do now?

Hello i was due to have my bridge placed yesterday after waiting months for my implant to fail and typically when i got there i was told it was infected and that the implant would have to be removed! he never said if he was going to replace it or not so what should i expect?,

Why do I need a plate to hold my implants?

Am I a candidate for a bone graft?

I am 39 with advanced gum disease i have complete dental bone loss at the far bottom end of my mouth, currently i still have the healthy tooth being held in by only gum. Could i be a candidate for a bone graft and if so would it be possible to save the tooth? My mother was pragmatic about dental hygeine and never smoked and still had to get all her teeth removed at age 41. I am hoping with advanced treatments my fate will not be the same. What will happen to my implant in the future?

Dear Dr Moore, I would like to get an implant done in my upper front jaw (either SLActive or Roxolid). However, I was wondering about what will happen in the future. Say, in 30 years when I may need a full upper overdenture. Can the already existing implant be incorporated in such a system? So that one less implant will need to be inserted? Or would the already existing implant have to be removed and a whole set of new ones be inserted? Thank you for your time!,
