I am in a healthy state. However I\’m worried that I may have to go ahead with a bone graft. What are the chances of this happening at my age?,

Is it possible to switch from a full upper removable denture over 6 implants to permanent fixed teeth?

Hello, Is it possible to switch from a full upper arch removable denture over 6 implants to permanent fixed teeth on the same implants? Are there any disadvantages to having fixed teeth eg the effect on maintaining good hygiene and the possibility of infection if they are a permanent fixture as opposed to being able to remove the denture for proper cleaning? Lastly, would it be expensive to switch from a removable denture to fixed teeth. Thank you. Thank you.,
