how exactly does the implant procedure work? i have two missing teeth which i really need to get replaced but i am really unsure how the treatment for implants works and think it would put my mind at rest if i knew each detail of the treatment, thanks for your time

A. Have a look at the types of implants section on the main page of this website which has a wealth of information. Alternatively ask your dental practice if there is someone you can speak to about the treatment. Many practices have treatment coordinators or dental nurses who can go through the treatment options in general terms. Once you’ve had a full consultation with a dentist, a treatment plan will be made for you and you can then be taken through all the individual steps that would be involved in your treatment.
