Hi there i was wondering if you could give me some advice please, im 19 and have broken, chipped, and twisted teeth,and yellow roughly about 6-8 that i just want to rip out! what would be your advice please, i was thinking of getting them taken out and implants fitted, but dont really no if i should go this far. Or would getting them cleaned,whitened and filed. My teeth are the one thing that really bothers me, and i always cover my mouth when i smile, i just really want to be able to take a lovely photo with me smiling and not trying to cover my mouth, this is a real issue and a big loss in my confidence. Please help! thanks.

You seem too young to have implants although it might be an option. You should also consider veneers or crowns they are cheaper and can often create a great look for patients. Send me a picture to enquiry@advancedentalclinic.com and I’ll let you know
