Q. I have a couple of missing back teeth (they were removed several years ago) and now my existing teeth are sort of slouching back and I require orthodontics, is it totally necessary to have dental implants to replace back missing teeth also?,
A. You need to see if it is possible to close the space. If so then problem solved.
