Q. Dear Dr Moore, My wife has been advised that zygoma implants for the upper teeth are advisable owing to progrssive bone loss in the jaw. She matains rigorous gum hygiene but most of her teeth are also replaced by bridgework which are being undermined because of the bone loss. We would like to know if you do offer zygoma implants and if so, some idea of the cost of treatment. We work in Spain but would expect to come over for treatment. A. Hola, I don\’t offer Zygomatic implants a there are often other ways of providing implants without them. If you would like to e mail an x-ray I would be very happy to take a look for you Andrew

Hi Andrew hope you are well. I have been told the an upper front implant would need small bone graft with all the accompanying healing etc. Would you know if there is any alternative ie key hole etc. Thanks
