Q. 2 Years ago I had a tooth pulled out as it broke. The tooth above it is now hanging down lower than the other teeth. My dentists said that it will fall out as it has no tooth to rest on. When it falls out the teeth either side will start leaning to one side then I will loose them too. She wants me to have an implant. Is this true or is she just wantis me to spend money on an implant? Thanks.,
