Which type of denture can you recommend for me?

July 1st, 2011
Q.
I\’m considering dentures because i had dental implants in and they failed. They caused me great pain and i\’ve only just recovered from them from having the treatment a good few months ago. Anyway, what kid of dentures can be recommended for me? my full set of bottom teeth had to be extracted when i was younger.,

Is there something wrong with the area where I received the implant or is it just healing?

June 30th, 2011
Q.
I recently had two implants put in at the same time my surgeon removed a decayed tooth and done some bone grafting. Both of these implants failed, but I am still really sore around this area. I had the implants put in 6 weeks ago, then one taken out two weeks ago, then the other 10 days ago. Yesterday a small piece of bone came out of the site area and bled a tiny bit, this morning the site felt ok, but later in the day it is very sore again. Do you think that everything is still healing or do you think there is a problem. The soresness comes and goes and does not keep me awake at night. Thank you,

I think my implant may have fallen out, but is this the case?

June 13th, 2011
Q.
Hey, Im 20 in good overall health, and I recently had a single dental implant placed in the front right upper region, my right front tooth. The healing abutment was protruding through my gums, so my dentist insisted on doing a skin graph to cover the metal. A week later I was rinsing out my mouth after trying some hot sauce, and felt like something was missing. I have no pain, no bleeding, but I believe my implant has fallen out completely. How would I be able to tell if this occurred? Signs/Symptoms?,

Dentist managed to crack implant and has not got in contact. What would you recommend?

June 13th, 2011
Q.
my husband had implants inserted a month ago but the dentist managed to crack the implant and screw head (I think) – anyway, the dentist tried for ages to get the implant out but failed. He said he would have to order an instrument to remove cracked implant but we have not heard anything – we are really worried that everything will begin to heal and knit and that it will be even more difficult – not to say traumatic – to remove the faulty implant. Depsite having phoned the practice several times my husband can\’t get any anwers from staff members and the dentist has not bothered to get in touch. The main concern at the moment is my husband\’s jaw and teeth – we\’ll worry about making a complaint later! ,

Can I get implant in empty socket where previous one fell out?

June 11th, 2011
Q.
About 15yrs. ago I had a full upper prosthetic denture supposedly supported on 4 implants. One of them was crooked and therefore unuseaable and around 5yrs. ago I started getting infections and eventually one of them fell out.Can a new implant be used in the empty socket and could the useless crooked one be replaced correctly and would this work necessitate a new prosthesis.,

The implants were to replace to missing bottom teeth, thank you for any help in advance.,
