On the back of my recently fitted crown I can feel a large bump. Is this normal?

Hi, I had a crown fitted on the tooth next to a front tooth permanently today however, I can feel a large bump with my tongue on the backof it. I told the dentist and he said it was just the thickness of the crown and there was nothing to be done about it. Is this normal.,

What is the difference between permanent implants in one day and those spread over months?

I\’m confused. Whats the difference between the permanent implants in one day vs spread out over months ? My son is requires several implants and a cost of thousands of dollars. Would implants or a bridge be best for bone loss and gap on left lower position 35 & 45?

I have bone loss and gap on left lower position 35 & 45.If The specialiat recommended bone graft but instead of implant would be better with bridge as this would be better to keep clean. I would have a gap with the implant and would see metal bits. Could you please advise.,
