Q. I have just had a 3 crown bridge fitted to 3 Implants at L4,5 & 6. I am disappointed that a metal line is visible over the middle crown. my dentist says this is due to my gum receeding,it was fitted within 2 week of the impression being taken,can anything be done?,
A. You might consider a gum graft to cover the line if the gum has receded but this cannot be guaranteed as it may shrink back in a few years again
